In 1992, we started small with the idea of really serving our customers, set some business goals and off we went. What started out small has grown and today we operate out of a 6000+ square foot showroom filled with beautiful carpet, area rugs, porcelain tiles as well as newer products like bamboo, cork and laminate.  What hasn’t changed is our friendly, family owned atmosphere; the level of personal service; or our commitment to you, our valued customer. 

	The Owners: The level of service, commitment and expertise stats with owners/husband and wife team, Steve and Missy Plunkert. Whose backgrounds comprise customer service and operations at luxury hotels, interior design, graphic arts and art history. He: Baltimore native, She: Richmond, Virginia is home.  Married 22 years.  Greatest accomplishment: raising three wonderful boys, together
The Sales Staff: Our talented staff has an extensive knowledge of flooring, coupled with creative areas of interest like painting and interior design.
	Nicole Devaney: Dutch girl, Baltimore transplant, mom to newborn Logan and 2 stylish and studious girls, Morgan and Blake. Wife to Tim. Off hours activity: Mom’s Taxi.
	Christina Selle: Dog lover, cook, painter, practical jokester, health food guru, Excel expert…so many interests, so little time. Married 2 years as of September 11, 2007 to “Matt Lauer look alike”. Favorite outfit: pajamas.
	Sandra Zylberman: California girl, educated in Europe.  Background—art, Foreground—family, Middle ground—design. Now grounded at All-Ways Carpets.
	Logan Chase Devaney: Our newest member, Logan was born on August 8, 2007 at GBMC, weighing 5 lbs. 10 oz. and was 19 inches long.
The Installers: Our experienced installers have decades of experience and have been with us for years,  regularly receiving rave reviews. Let us put them to work for you.
